A review of Comwave Home Phone service

Comwave’s service may be commendable from a technological point of view.. Despite its claims for being an industry leader, Comwave has an unsavory history of customer complaints. The telecommunications company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau but it is listed so consumers can view the number of complaints against them!

One of the most notable complaints against Comwave is a telemarketing campaign to people on the do-not-call list –a blatant violation of a significant telemarketing policy. Along with this, other complaints include long processing time for claims and hidden cancellation fees.
