I’ve been with Freedom mobile for 8 years, started on September 14, 2013. My due date is 28th of each month. So, this month August 2021 my service was cut on the night of August 24, 2021. When I noticed I couldn’t use my service called customer service. The girl that served couldn’t answer why the service was cut 4 days before the due date, so she transferred me to a supervisor. This man told me my service was cut because I didn’t pay my bill, and tells it was $182.25. Was very surprised because on the Freedom app said $42.77. I asked why such high number, to what he answered me that I had nationwide calls, and they were to Hamilton, not far from GTA where I live. I’m not impressed with this kind of customer service, specially after being a good customer for 8 years. I
