VOIP Much Business Phone

VOIP Much is yet another Canadian provider with terrific customer service and excellent online reviews. But even by the high standard of customer care in the Canadian vicinity, VOIP Much are making a name for themselves. They keep customers up to date at every stage of a switch over from old providers. The service team is also very experienced and know exactly what they are talking about.

They offer Virtual PBX services with a single pricing model. While lacking some of the novel features and customizable options with other providers, VOIP Much has a solid pricing methodology and a reliable service that is hard to beat. They are very active online on social channels in terms of responding to customer queries and feedback.

VOIP Much Business Phone Review

For people looking for the lowest-cost solution, VOIP Much is ideal. Just because it is low-cost, does not mean that it provides a lesser-quality service. All of the core functionality is provided, the call quality is excellent, and the customer service team and onboarding process are flawless. Small and medium-sized businesses could make great use of VOIP Much if they are looking to reduce their costs without compromising on the quality of their phone communications. For larger enterprises, certain integrations and customized solutions might be found lacking. Diallog will not put customers on hold but have a quick response time for new clients. Corporations or call centers that take and make lots of calls to various destinations might not find this the best fit.

  • VOIP Much offers the cheapest plans on the market right now, at just $17.11 CAD per month per user. There are no contracts with VOIP Much, so clients are not ‘locked into’ a contract with them. There are unlimited free calls across Canada, with the exception of NWT, Nunavut, and Yukon. There are also free calls to the USA, with the exception of Alaska.
  • Just because VOIP Much is cheap, does not mean that it lacks any essential features. It has all of the standard items you would expect from a business VOIP service, including 3-way conference calling, call forward busy, call hold, call screen, call blacklist, do not disturb, anonymous call rejection, follow me, voicemail enhanced, VOIP anywhere, speed dial, user web portal, auto-attendant, call queues, and more.
  • But it also has many more novel features including VOIP fail, Enhanced 911, knowledgebase, wake up call, XII information services, and BYOD. Customers can keep their existing number for free and avail of virtual city numbers. These features apply for each user with a $17.11 CAD package.
  • With VOIPMuch, you know exactly what you are getting into in terms of pricing and features. The Virtual PBX pricing at $17.11 CAD per user is simple to understand with no frills attached. It is a cheap but reliable provide with fantastic customer service.
  • While the base package is cheap and the customer service is excellent, VOIP Much does lack some functionality that is available from its competitors. You will need to pay extra if you want to take advantage of virtual city numbers, device cloning, toll-free numbers, or 411 Directory Assistance. These costs are not huge (e.g. $1.45 CAD to clone a device) but they do add up.
  • As far as the core website is concerned, VOIP Much leaves much to be desired. It is not easy to navigate or to see the packages on offer. The product itself lacks a lot of smoothness.
  • A maximum of two clones can be added to each extension (a clone is typically used as a smartphone device). The toll-free numbers cost $1 a month plus $0.03 a minute (inbound from Canada/USA).
  • There is no admin panel for customization and no free hardware with this provider. It is a bare-bones solution, but provides exceptional value for money.
